Sports Field Rental Policy
After use, all sports fields must be cleared of debris, and all trash must be disposed of in the nearest receptacles. Fields must remain undamaged to ensure future playability. Any equipment or items brought onto the field must be removed at the end of the reservation.

All outdoor rentals are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or other conditions. If weather prevents field use, renters must notify the department within 24 hours to request a rescheduling. A credit may be issued for future use within one calendar year.

Please have your reservation confirmation available in case an inspection is conducted. For questions, contact us before your rental date.
Field Lighting Disclaimer
Lights must be paid for in advance at a rate of $20.00 per hour. A Parks and Recreation representative will turn the lights on at the scheduled reservation time. All reservations require at least one day's notice and are subject to availability and field playability
