Multipurpose Field Reservation Policy

For safety reasons, all reservations for the multipurpose field must be approved by the Parks and Recreation Department. As this is an open space with no fencing between fields, the department needs to assess the skill level and nature of each reservation to ensure appropriate use and safety. This policy helps maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Please contact the department prior to booking to discuss your event or game requirements and receive approval for your reservation.

Sports Field Rental Policy
After use, all sports fields must be cleared of debris, and all trash must be disposed of in the nearest receptacles. Fields must remain undamaged to ensure future playability. Any equipment or items brought onto the field must be removed at the end of the reservation.

All outdoor rentals are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or other conditions. If weather prevents field use, renters must notify the department within 24 hours to request a rescheduling. A credit may be issued for future use within one calendar year.

Field Lighting Disclaimer
Lights must be paid for in advance at a rate of $20.00 per hour. A Parks and Recreation representative will turn the lights on at the scheduled reservation time. All reservations require at least one day's notice and are subject to availability and field playability.
TURF RULES
The Following Are Prohibited on Synthetic Surfaces:
Food, Gum, Candy, Sunflower Seeds
Flammable Liquids and Acids
Vehicle Traffic and Heavy Static Loads
Chewing Tobacco, Cigarettes, Alcohol
Pets, Bikes, Skateboards, Lawnmowers
Golfing, Shot Putting, Discus, Javelin
Beverages Other Than Water
Non-Pneumatic Tires
Open Flames, Fireworks, Welding, etc.
Glass or Glass Containers
Chairs of Any Type
High Pressure Water
No Metal Cleats
Unauthorized Use
