This form is Step One of the event approval process and does not confirm or reserve your requested date. All sections must be completed in full and submitted with detailed information about your event. Incomplete forms may delay the review process.

Please allow 5–7 business days for a response after submission.

Important Deadlines:

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.

If your event will have 100 or more attendees, your request must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

There is a $0 fee to submit this application. However, additional fees may apply based on your event needs, such as staffing, equipment, or facility use.
