City of Lufkin Adapts Easter Eggstravaganza Due to Weather
Lufkin, TX — Due to current and forecasted weather conditions, the City of Lufkin Parks and Recreation Department is adapting this year’s Easter Eggstravaganza to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
The event will now focus on free pictures with the Easter Bunny, where each child will receive Easter eggs filled with candy while supplies last. This updated format allows families to still enjoy a festive Easter experience in a more controlled and comfortable environment.
The event will take place Saturday, April 4, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lufkin Parks and Recreation Center, 500 E. Kerr Ave, and will operate as a come-and-go event.
The City of Lufkin invites families from across the community to join in celebrating Easter and making lasting memories together.
