Our youth baseball field is equipped with high-quality artificial turf, providing a durable and consistent playing surface. The field features well-maintained dugouts, comfortable bleachers for spectators, and a scoreboard to keep track of the action. For added convenience, the press box offers an ideal vantage point for announcing and media coverage. This field is designed to create a professional atmosphere for young players and fans alike.

**IMPORTANT FIELD RESERVATION INFORMATION**
* All field reservations are subject to approval by the Athletic Division.
* Submitting a request does **not** guarantee a reservation. Approval or denial will be sent by email.
* A reservation is **not finalized until payment is received. ** Unpaid reservations will **not** be scheduled for field access/unlocking.
* Approved invoices must be paid **at least 4 hours prior** to the reservation start time.
* **No same-day reservations** are permitted.
* Weekday (Mon–Fri) reservations require **24-hour advance notice**.
* Weekend reservations must be submitted by **10:00 AM on the Friday prior**.
* A **2-hour minimum** reservation is required.
* A **30-minute buffer** is scheduled between reservations.
* **Field layouts, bases, pitching rubbers, and other field equipment may not be moved, removed, or altered by customers.** Any unauthorized changes to field layouts or equipment may result in **immediate suspension** of the customer account and loss of reservation privileges.
* The reserving party is responsible for field conditions and the conduct of all players, coaches, and spectators.
* Invoices that become **5 days or more past due** may result in account suspension. Suspended accounts are not eligible to book facilities or participate in Parks & Recreation programs until the account is returned to good standing.
* If a time slot is unavailable online, it has already been reserved. For custom requests, please contact the Parks & Recreation Office @936-633-0250.
