Note:

Multipurpose Field Reservation Policy

All multipurpose field reservations must be approved by the Parks & Recreation Department. Because there is no fencing between fields, staff must review each request to ensure safe and appropriate use.

Reservation Limits:
• If only football and/or soccer teams are practicing, up to 4 reservations may be scheduled at one time.
• If a baseball or softball practice is scheduled, only 2 reservations will be allowed on the field at one time.

Please contact the department prior to booking to discuss your practice or event and receive approval.

Sports Field Rental Policy

All fields must be cleaned after use. Remove all trash and equipment. Fields must remain undamaged.

Outdoor rentals are non-refundable, including weather cancellations. If weather prevents play, notify the department within 24 hours to request rescheduling. Credits may be issued for use within one calendar year.

Have your reservation confirmation available if requested. Contact us with any questions prior to your rental date.

Field Lighting

Lights must be paid in advance at $20 per hour. A staff member will turn lights on at your scheduled time. Reservations require at least one day’s notice and are subject to availability and field conditions.

Turf Rules – Prohibited on Synthetic Surfaces

No food, gum, seeds, tobacco, alcohol, or beverages other than water
No pets, bikes, skateboards, vehicles, or heavy equipment
No metal cleats
No glass containers
No open flames or fireworks
No chairs
No golfing, shot put, discus, or javelin
No unauthorized use
