Park Pavilion Rentals
Our park pavilions are available for rent at a rate of $5.00 per hour, with a maximum fee of $30.00 per reservation. A minimum of 2 hour reservation is required.
Pavilion 1 Features
Pavilion 1 is equipped with electricity and includes four 15-foot tables. It is the largest pavilion, located on the north side of the park, near Dunbar Primary on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.

Pavilion Rental Guidelines
After use, all pavilions must be cleared of debris, and all trash must be disposed of in the nearest trash receptacles. Decorations must be fully removed at the end of the reservation, and no tape, glue, or any adhesive materials that may damage or alter the structure are permitted.
All outdoor rentals are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or other conditions. A credit may be issued for future use within one calendar year.
