Note:

Park facilities, including community centers and parks, may NOT be used for business transactions. Any solicitation within the community must receive prior approval from the Parks & Recreation Department.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 14 or more business days before the event will receive a full refund
(minus online credit card fees).
• Cancellations made 5-13 business days before the event will forfeit the deposit but receive a
refund for the hourly rental fee (minus online credit card fees).
• Cancellations made within 5 business days of the event will result in forfeiture of all fees. No
exceptions.
• Refunds will be issued via check within two weeks of the cancellation request or up to three weeks
during holiday periods.

Setup and cleanup times must be factored into the total reservation time.
The deposit, minus the online credit card fees, will be refunded via check within 2-3 weeks following the event, contingent upon adherence to the rental agreement terms.

If a Department Representative has not opened the building at the scheduled time or if you experience any issues during your event that can't wait until office hours Contact: 936-633-0357 and dispatch will get someone to assist you.
