The deposit for Kurth Lake Lodge is $300, and the daily rental fee is $450. The full amount of $750 must be paid 30 days before the desired reservation.
Located in a peaceful lakefront setting, this venue offers spacious grounds ideal for company picnics, church retreats, and a variety of gatherings. Suitable for up to 150 people, it features over 1,100 square feet of meeting space, separate men's and women's restrooms, and full climate control for year-round comfort.
Amenities include:
- Furnishings: 12 rectangular 8-foot tables and 67 cushioned chairs
- Kitchen Facilities: Refrigerator, warming oven, microwave, and sink
- Outdoor Features: Patio area, outdoor cooking grill, six picnic tables
- Recreational Options: Volleyball poles available
- Additional Conveniences: Ample parking, dumpster service, and a full-time on-site caretaker

Reservations for Kurth Lake Lodge must be made 30 days before the event date.
Park facilities, including community centers and parks, may NOT be used for business transactions. Any solicitation within the community must receive prior approval from the Parks & Recreation Department.
